My dog made a complete mess of our brand new carpet (it was less than a week old!). I panicked and made the mistake of trying to clean it myself and used way too much cleaning product. It was a mess! I called Matt and he was at our place within the hour. He assessed the situation, explained what he was going to do, and did it.
